Policies
Returns:
For my own branded products: Items can only be returned if it is damaged when received or has a flaw. Returned items can not be used, faded, or dirty. You have to contact me within 48 hours of receiving to start a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping is not refunded. All sale or custom items can not be returned.
Other brand products: we will help you with any warranty or returns offered by the manufacturing company.
Shipping times:
In stock items shipped from Robin's Tack Room normally ship out in 1-3 business days. It is rare for it to take longer but it is possible around holidays.
Some items like Hay Chix are sometimes drop shipped directly to you to save on shipping. These orders are shipped based on the companies current lead times which I am not in control over. If you would like to know a closer estimate before ordering just contact me and I can find out.
Order cancellations:
An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing only if the order hasn't been fulfilled. A 10% charge will incur to cancel an order.
Wholesale:
Have a tack store or established mobile booth? I offer my tack sets and latigo and off billet sets in my wholesale program and have dealers in many countries. If you have a store and would like to know more please contact me.
